The original equipment product portfolio is enriched with the incorporation of SEAT, Megagroup, R.I.Agri (INDIA), AMA Centro Sur (Uruguay), Seat Plastic and with the acquisition of Stampotecnica
Distribution os structured with the first branches

Dani Trading (DK) and AMA Distribution (F) open
The early 2000's:The OEM structure continues its development path

Pertex and Kratos are acquired; AMA Composites and AMA Cardan are incorporated: SEAT acquires PRAMA
The branches grow and the presence is spread

Ranyo Distributors (IRL), Agrishop (N), AMA Espana (E), AMA Slovakia (SLO), AMA LBM (UK) open
From 2006
to the present:
AMA is a global reality

AMA Shanghai (China), AMA USA (Indiana-USA), AMA Instruments, AMA Adriatic (BIH) and AMA Cabins are formed
Other branches in the European countries

AMA GmbH (D), AMA Ro (R), AMA Czech (CZR) and AMA Turkey (TR) open
