The AM Division has been operating in the
replacement parts market for agricultural and gardening machines for 40 years.
Today it segments its business based on
customers’ needs Farmer/Workshops and Private/Semi-Professional.
In regard to the Farmer/Workshops segment, of which AMA is the leader in Italy, efforts are being made to grow the European market through:
Over the years, distribution through the traditional Dealer has been innovated and differentiated through the very first network of Franchising sale points in Italy (Agristore, Gardenstore, Agristop). In the coming years, the 55 current sales points will grow to 100. This highly successful project now also involves Ireland, Spain, Portugal and Romania, with the objective of developing throughout Europe.
The Consumer segment represents an important new market opening with a high potential for growth. Careful study of the needs of the private consumer has led to investments aimed at widening the range of gardening machines; simultaneous strengthening of the production lines has enabled a systematic market share increase in the European market.
