THE REQUEST<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Claas<\/strong>, leader in its sector, chose the AMA group to design and construct its new steering column<\/strong>. Among the requests made, there was the need to obtain a design product<\/strong>, which stood out for its elegance and refinement<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”20″][vc_column_text el_class=”accent-color”]\n

THE SOLUTION<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Custom-made for the company, four companies belonging to the AMA group<\/strong> were involved in the project: the Pertex and Instruments divisions, and the Seat Industries and Seat Plastic subsidiaries, which worked in synergy and contributed to the successful realization of this great goal.<\/p>\n

DESIGN, ENGINEERING AND VALIDATION<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]To Pertex<\/strong>, the project leader, the task of developing the idea<\/strong>: from the structural calculations<\/strong> to the wiring<\/strong>, the engineering of the components<\/strong>, up to the elaboration of the tools and the verification of the project<\/strong>, by means of exclusive equipment.<\/p>\n

Pertex set forth its experience and professionalism, involving the customer in every phase of the project\u2019s evolution and proposing concrete and innovative alternatives to the initial idea.[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”20″][vc_column_text el_class=”accent-color”]\n

INTERFACE, ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC FUNCTIONS<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Subsequently, AMA Instruments<\/strong> gave its contribution by developing the electronic board<\/strong>, and a specific warning light<\/strong> capable of interfacing with the machine. THE COVERINGS<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Seat Plastic<\/strong> was given the task of dedicating itself to the creation of plastic material coverings<\/strong>, investing in innovative solutions. Starting from the visions illustrated by the Claas technicians, revolutionized by means of their own intuitions, Seat Plastic took care of the design and implementation of the prototypes<\/strong>, the construction of the steel molds<\/strong>, and finally the production of the finished product<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”20″][vc_column_text el_class=”accent-color”]\n
