ORDERS

A different service for “urgent” and “stock” orders

“Urgent” orders

AMA grants purchase orders’ shipment within the same day of orders’ receipt when:

  • Orders are sent within: 3:30pm
  • Maximum no. of purchase orders’ lines: 10
  • Without weight limits By the customer within 24/48 hours

Urgent purchase orders received later than 3:30pm will be shipped within the following working day.

“Stock” orders

AMA grants purchase orders’ shipment within the same day of orders’ recaipt when:

  • Orders are sent within 10:00am
  • More than no. 10 purchase orders’ lines
  • Without weight limits

Purchase orders received later than 10:00am will be shipped within the following working day.

LOGISTICS & CUSTOMER SERVICE

Promptness and complete orders

The Logistics & Customer Service department work closely with the customer and with the other departments in order to guarantee prompt and complete shipments. The structure is equipped with devices and infrastructures to alloow the automated orders’ preparation, increasing both service and accuracy during purchase orders’ preparation steps. Customer Service is part of the logistics system, specialized and organized according to the different needs of Agri and Garden customers.
